Immutable Owner Extension

A Token-2022 extension that permanently locks the owner of a token account, preventing it from being reassigned via the SetAuthority instruction. All Associated Token Accounts (ATAs) created under Token-2022 have this extension enabled by default. It eliminates a class of phishing attacks where a malicious program could reassign ownership of a user's token account.
